Refund Policy
PRE DELIVERY

If you cancel your order and request a refund after you purchase or rent a storage building; we will honor your request if such purchase has not yet been delivered. 

There is a re-stocking fee of 5% of the Cash Price, plus the full cash price of any options added to the order. This re-stocking fee will be deducted from the amount you have already paid as a Deposit or Initial Payment; and the balance (if any) of your Deposit or Initial Payment will be refunded to you.

After Delivery
There are no refunds after delivery.
